Photography Contract
By completing and submitting the form below, the individual or entity identified therein (hereinafter referred to as the "Client," including but not limited to the business owner, employees, and affiliates), hereby acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions governing the professional services provided by the "Photographer."
Usage Rights
The Photographer grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the final edited images for commercial use within the Client’s business only. This includes use on the Client's:
~ Website
~ Social Media
~ Marketing materials
~ Internal communications

Prohibited Uses: The Client may not:
~ Transfer or license the images to third-party businesses
~ Modify the images in a way that misrepresents the Photographer’s work

Pricing & Payment Terms
Final pricing is determined based on:
~ Location(s)
~ Duration of shoot
~ Subject matter
~ Travel and equipment needs (if applicable)

A formal quote will be provided following consultation.
Full payment is required no later than 14 calendar days before the scheduled shoot. If payment is not received by that date, the Photographer reserves the right to cancel the booking without obligation or liability.

Overtime & Additional Charges
Client agrees that the scheduled time will be adhered to as agreed. Any additional time beyond the agreed schedule will be billed at the Photographer’s standard overtime rate of $45 per hour or part thereof.

Photographer Safety and Wellbeing
The Client is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for the Photographer and any assistants. This includes but is not limited to:
~ Ensuring physical safety at all locations
~ Preventing harassment or threatening behavior from staff, guests, or attendees
~ Providing access to drinking water, restrooms, and basic amenities during long shoots

If the Photographer determines that the environment poses a risk to safety or wellbeing, the Photographer reserves the right to end the session without refund.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
~ Cancellation by Client: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the shoot is entitled to a partial refund (excluding any non-refundable expenses). Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
~ Rescheduling: Client may reschedule once with at least 10 days' notice, subject to Photographer’s availability.

Entire Agreement
This document reflects the entire agreement between the Photographer and the Client and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
